Pecan Cornbread Stuffed Quail 
stuffed and roasted quail on a sweet potato and andouille sausage hash with spicy tomato glaze 

Louisiana Crab Cake 
louisiana bistro's blend of claw and lump crab meat on sweet corn maque choux

Bistro  mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, crispy red onions, spiced pecans and fresh basil vinaigrette 

Crab and Asparagus 
jumbo lump blue crab and crispy panko crusted asparagus spears with mixed greens and lemon pepper aioli 

Blue Cheese 
on romaine lettuce, red onions and garlic croutons with blue cheese caesar-style dressing 


Entrees 

Fresh Gulf Fish  topped with sizzled crabmeat and lemon caper beurre blanc 
Braised Lamb Shank  with braising vegetables and gravy topped with mint gremolata 

Crabmeat Stuffed Ravioli  in a light shrimp and roasted garlic cream 

Creole Surf and Turf 
pan roasted 8oz filet mignon with crawfish tail scampi on roasted garlic mashed potatoes 

Crab Pot Pie 
jumbo lump and claw crabmeat in creamy mornay sauce under golden brown puff pastry 

Grilled Ribeye 
10 oz of prime midwest beef with bourbon mashed sweet potatoes, apple smoked bacon and garlic butter
 
Rosemary Confit
Roasted Duck with burgundy duck glace and dirty rice
