Grillades and Grits chef's version of a Louisiana tradition: crisp fried cheddar grit cake and tender braised pork grillades 

Crawfish Stuffed Mirliton louisiana crawfish tails stuffed and roasted in a spicy boiled mirliton with a streak of cayenne glaze

Bistro mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, red onions, toasted pecans and fresh basil vinaigrette 

Blue Cheese romaine lettuce, red onions and garlic croutons with blue cheese caesar-style dressing 

 

Entrees 

Seafood Etouffee louisiana gulf fish, jumbo shrimp and blue crab with or without andouille sausage in a creole-style stew over rice 

Creole Surf and Turf pan roasted filet mignon with crawfish tail scampi on roasted garlic mashed potatoes 

Grilled Pork Chop on an andouille sausage and sweet potato hash with jalapeno hollandaise 

Roast Duck Confit crispy muscovy duck leg with southern style bacon braised greens, steak fries and spicy bbq glaze 

Pan Roasted Gulf Fish topped with sizzled crab meat and lemon caper beurre blanc 

Rabbit Creole farm raised leg of rabbit slow roasted in a creole-style tomato sauce over rice 

Crab and Asparagus Salad jumbo lump blue crab meat and crispy panko crusted asparagus spears with mixed greens, applewood smoked bacon and lemon pepper aioli
