Creole Surf and Turf $28 pan roasted 8oz filet mignon with crawfish tail scampi on roasted garlic mashed potatoes 

Alligator Piccata $26 alligator tenderloin scallopini with pecan pesto rice and white wine-lemon-caper veloute 

Crab Pot Pie $24 jumbo lump and claw blue crab meat in creamy mornay sauce under golden brown puff pastry 

Grilled Pork Chop $22 with crimini mushroom-applewood smoked bacon bread pudding topped by jalapeno hollandaise
