This abbreviated version of our menu was available immediately after hurricane Katrina ravaged New Orleans.

New Orleans BBQ Shrimp jumbo gulf shrimp in a creamy black pepper sauce 

Grillades and Grits chef's version of a Louisiana tradition: crisp fried cheddar grit cake and tender braised pork grillades 

Louisiana Crab Cake louisiana bistro's blend of claw and lump crab meat on sweet corn maque choux 

Louisiana Bistro Gumbo  


Entrees 

Alligator Piccata $17 alligator tenderloin scallopini with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and white wine-lemon-caper veloute 

Rabbit Creole $16 farm raised leg of rabbit slow roasted with andouille sausage in a creole-style tomato sauce over rice 

Grilled NY Strip $19 bourbon mashed sweet potatoes and southern style bacon braised greens 

Pork Ribs $15 tender braised and spicy glazed with cole slaw and home fries 

Pan Seared Gulf Fish $18 topped with sizzled crab meat and lemon caper beurre blanc 

Grilled Pork Chop $17 with roasted garlic mashed potatoes topped by jalapeno hollandaise
