Seafood Etouffee fresh louisiana seafood with andouille sausage smothered in a dark creole-style stew over rice 

Creole Surf and Turf pan roasted 8oz filet mignon with crawfish tail scampi on roasted garlic mashed potatoes 

Crab Pot Pie jumbo lump and claw crabmeat in creamy mornay sauce under golden brown puff pastry 

Grilled Pork Chop on bourbon mashed sweet potatoes with spicy barbecue sauce and crispy jalapeno rings
