Moulard - a crossbreed of Moscovy and Peking -  duck breast grilled and sliced atop pecan pesto rice and chefs bastard barbecue, a crossbreed between a mid-west tomato based barbecue sauce and a south carolina mustard and vinegar barbecue sauce.
