Moulard - a crossbreed of Moscovy and Peking -  duck breast grilled and sliced atop pecan pesto rice and chef’s “bastard” barbecue, a crossbreed between a mid-west tomato based barbecue sauce and a south carolina mustard and vinegar barbecue sauce.
